Arianny’s work is rooted in service and creating environments where people step into their own strength. Her early years with AmeriCorps, mentoring and tutoring middle school students from under-resourced communities, shaped her lifelong commitment to mission-driven work. She later supported events and
communications for bipartisan policy initiatives at the Bipartisan Policy Center and transitioned into tech as an enterprise strategist focused on expanding access for underserved talent. At Shakti House, she supports operations and programming, bringing structure and clarity to the vision.
