ariana Martinez is a civil engineer turned holistic guide who has dedicated her life to the path of self realization. Originally from Venezuela, she moved to Miami in 2016 bringing her five years of experience in construction and her first yoga teacher training certification. In 2018, she completed her second yoga teacher training in Miami, deepening her practice and teaching expertise,
Mariana believes there is no separation between her two vocations – engineering and holistic practices – and that Self Realization can unfold in many ways, not just on the mat or in meditation. What began as a personal journey of self Improvement evolved into a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves through mindful practices.Â
Shortly, Mariana’s home became a space for both private and group classes, eventually growing into Shakti House, an established holistic center where she and other facilitators offer breathwork, yoga, sound healing, family constellations among other practices. Inspired by love of service, she also founded the Shakti House Foundation, bringing consciousness and well being to corporate and communities in need across the US.
